Three tablespoons of cool whip .
One tablespoon of peanut butter.
One tablespoon of low fat vanilla yogurt.
One teaspoon of t.h.c. butter.
Mixed together
Then
Half a banana sliced up.
Two slices of white bread.
You dont need the yogurt but it helps with my digestion
It is one of my mothers comfort snacks with a twist. The original was just cool whip and peanut butter if you don't like my version.
